1. Baked Potato Fries made with Sweet Potatoes
Something that tastes like french fries and on a Paleo diet? Impossible! Is what you might be thinking right?
Well let this Paleo recipe speak for itself.
What you need::
- 2 garnet yams
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt
- Ground Pepper Fresh
- Seasoning (Peperrika, cinnamon, etc)
Time to prepare:
Preheat oven to 375 F on convection bake (or 400 F in a non-convection oven).
Time to peel the sweet potatoes (yarn) into a french fries like shape. Place them in a baking tray. (line with parchment paper for a crisper exterior)…
Next toss it with oil, seasoning.
Toss them into the preheated oven for 30 minutes, at around 15 minutes in flip the fries and tray.
